1. Not a medical device or substitute for professional advice

MediMind AI is a medicine organization and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before making decisions about your medication. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data without authorization, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices are listed in INR and may vary by region or change with notice

5. Caregiver sharing

When you enable caregiver sharing, you authorize the people you invite to view the medicine and schedule information you choose to share. You're responsible for managing who has access.

6. Accuracy of scanned data

Prescription scanning uses AI to extract information and may occasionally make errors. Always review and confirm scanned details before relying on them, and verify dosing information with a healthcare professional.

7. Intellectual property

MediMind AI, its logo, and related branding are the property of MediMind AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of liability

MediMind AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed reminders due to technical issues.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
